Where are you located? We are in the Richmond, Va area. The boat ramp that we will normally meet you at is called Deep Bottom Landing. You can get directions to Deep Bottom by clicking this link. Deep Bottom Directions 3. Can I bring Beer? Yes. However, don't bring too much. We have no problem with you drinking beer but keep it under control. If it gets out of control we will bring you back to the boat dock and the trip will be over. Do NOT show up drunk or anywhere close to it!!! 4. Can I keep the fish. Not the big ones. We will allow you to keep any cats that we catch under 10 lbs. 5. Do you take trips during the week. Yes. We are a full time guide service and can fish 7 days a week. 6. How far advance should I book my trip. As soon as you know when you want to go. The sooner you book the better the chance you will get to go when you want. 7. Will I need to tip a mate? There is no mate just your captain. He will serve as captain and mate. Tipping is greatly appreciated. (Sometimes Capt. Joe brings a mate to help out with larger trips.) 8. Do I need a fishing license? Yes. The state of Virginia does not offer a guide license. You can purchase one online here. http://www.dgif.virginia.gov/licenses/ 9. What is your cancellation policy? As long as you don't call the morning of a trip and want to cancel we will be very flexible with applying your deposit to a future trip or refunding it if no suitable date can be arranged.
